Re-activation Campaign for etc.venues

How do you encourage the public to attend events ​straight after a global pandemic? Well, the first step is to ​remind people just how exciting events are and plant the ​seed that they should attend an event next time they ​receive an invite. The result was this poster campaign ​which ran across the London Underground network. It ​generated a serious buzz on social media with people ​sharing and tweeting feedback including “Best advert ​I’ve seen in a while. Well done @etcvenues”

NYC Launch Campaign for etc.venues

etc.venues wanted to celebrate their New York opening ​in style. Huge bio-degradable pink balloons were tied to ​landmarks across the city with an invitation for New ​Yorkers to take a selfie (with the balloon) and post on ​their social feeds. Watch the video to check out how the ​stunt unfolded.

At the same time, New York event planners were ​targeted through a trade press campaign which ​differentiated etc.venues’ from their competitors: hotels. ​The key difference being that hotels are focussed on ​serving leisure guests rather than the business ​community.

Helping etc.venues celebrate 30 years in style

Last year, etc.venues celebrated its 30th ​anniversary and the business was sold to ​its US rival, creating the world’s leading ​global events’ brand. To celebrate the ​achievement, the company ​commissioned this beautiful coffee table ​book.

Record-breaking viral sensation for Bensons for Beds

This hugely successful viral video for Bensons for Beds ​was number four in YouTube’s most globally viewed ​videos for a whole week. It was featured on BBC 1, ITV and ​Channel 4 news channels, and covered in all the UK ​tabloid press. CNN, ABC news and ESPN featured it over ​in the US. Ashton Kutcher also retweeted it to his 14 ​million followers and Blue Peter even created their ​version of it, beating the initial world record which we set.

Storm London is a unique British brand. ​They don’t just create watches; they ​design smart talking-pieces with bold ​aesthetics which stand out in a crowd. ​This campaign was created to achieve ​the same effect helping to increase sales ​by 20% over the year.

SAP leads the way in cloud-based technology solutions. This B2B campaign promoting their global roadshow stimulated thoughtful debate and plenty ​of registrations.

Source Recruitment Campaign

Using an eraser as a simple metaphor, this thought-provoking recruitment campaign positioned Source as positive agents of change.

JP Morgan Brand Campaign

In the City, JP Morgan is a highly respected voice. However, on the high street, consumers were intimidated by their corporate positioning. My brief ​was to make the brand’s voice more accessible to consumers.

The campaign included these awareness ​posters and a brochure which simplified ​Investment Trusts - it was so effective the ​brochure had to be printed four times due to ​high demand.

Social Media Campaign focussing on food for ​etc.venues

We knew from customer feedback, that one of the most ​appealing aspects of attending a meeting or event at ​etc.venues was the quality of the food. That’s probably ​why micro videos like these generated thousands of likes, ​shares and revenue.

Altogether, 25 micro videos were created. The campaign ​quickly helped to position the brand as ‘The Inspiration ​Organisation’.
